I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with nothing on it beside the bacon, cheese and ketchup. Got home and unwrapped the burger to find that it was covered in lettuce, tomatoes pickles etc. with mustard and no ketchup. Was very disappointed and will not be returning.
Asked for a bacon cheese burger, and only got 1 piece of bacon. The burger was sloppy, the fries were cold, and just overall nasty food. The only good thing about this place is their ice cream!
Service could be a little better, faster and nicer
On the way home from Arkansas (5/28/17) my family stopped at this DQ for a quick lunch. As we were sitting at a table waiting for our lunch a previous customer came from outside to tell an employee they were missing some food they had ordered. The customer was not rude or upset. The manager chewed her up one side and down the other.(yelled at her) The customer then proceeded to ask for the manager and the manager yelled at her "THIS IS SHE!" My family and I were seated at the back of the restaurant and I would bet a million dollars everyone heard the manager yelling at the customer because it Was dead silent. The customer raised her voice at the manager (as anyone put in that position would) and told the manager she just wanted her kids food and left the building. The manager then proceeded to talk about the customer after she had left. The couple sitting across the way from us was appalled at how rude the manager was and felt the need to express his opinion to our family. On the other hand, their was a white girl (late teens early 20's, long, brown hair in a bun) cleaning tables and sweeping. She was doing a fabulous job. She was very thorough and did a great job. When spoken to, she was very polite and well mannered! Their was a young black man delivering food who was also very nice and polite. Our family will not be returning to this DQ because the manager was out of control and flat out rude to a customer who did nothing wrong. Also, my mom and I got chicken strip baskets and the gravy was liquid, like water. It had no consistency what so ever to it. Super nasty!
Pulled in drive through for a strawberry sundae and a dip cone. Had great service with a smile. Didn’t wait long. Good experience
